PROCESS

         Step 1: The original glass plate format is passed through cutter to cut according to orders. After cutting the request, the glass will be put through to completion at the request of customers, then passed through glass washing and drying equipment to handle the clean surface.

         Step 2: Print the logo is toughened safety glass Diamond Sutra logo with enamel paint, then move the glass into position for strength.

         Step 3: reinforced glass in my glass line, glass production line is put into my glass with temperature 450oc - 750oc (depending on types of glass) to heat softening point and then quickly cooled with cold air flow evenly and accurately to freeze the compressive stress on the glass surface and also to preserve the quality of the glass.

         Step 4: After running through my line of glass, float glass became common glass.
